(July 3rd) Thanks to Amy Powell for the link to this great site. Things for me have been terrific- working hard and still playing very hard. I started a Mfg. Rep company. Travel a bit, DJ a little, hang with family and friends. In sum, I have a great balance of work/play which results in having stress kept to minimum. 
Going to see the Police at Wrigley in Chicago this weekend (12th row!) . I will update this bio more as we get closer to the August reunion. I will make it if I'm in town. Cheers, Mike

Hey Everybody! After high school I went to CMU and graduated with a teaching degree. However I decided I did not want to teach so I went into sales. In 1994 I moved from Grand Rapids to Nashville, TN. While in Nashville I started dating my wife, Jodi, who lived in Grand Rapids. I moved back to Grand Rapids at the end of 1996 and we were married in October, 1997. We have 3 wonderful children...Curt (5), Noah (3) and Hope (1). I hired in at Service Express (IT Service Company) 9 years ago as a sales manager when we had only 15 employees. I was named President of the company 4 years ago and we now have 100 employees in 10 offices throughout the upper midwest. I have been very blessed in my life and I have had a great time reading everyone's bios. I look forward to our reunion next year. See you then!!

Greetings to all from Southern California! I moved here in January, 1992 and have been enjoying life and the mild climate ever since (I do miss the Traverse City area though). I have been married for 6 years to my wonderful wife Linnay. We have two adorable sons, Alexander (3 ½ years) and Trevor (1). I have been employed at Panasonic since 1995 as a material planner. Carolyn Fowler in fifth grade fantasized that one day she and I would both be writers living in California. I don't know about Carolyn, but to my own surprise that's where I've ended up.

I lived in Chicago for nine years after graduating from U of M (English degree). I did some coursework at Moody Bible Institute, married Dave, an electrical engineer, and worked as editor for a magazine publisher. I eventually transitioned to being a full-time homemaker (translation: project manager and primary labor for what turned out to be an endless series of home improvements, and trainer of the world's most neurotic dog).

In 2000 Dave received a job offer in Santa Cruz, and by June we were residents of Watsonville, Calif. -- size-wise very similar to Fenton, but set among strawberry fields with a backdrop of foothills, and the ocean just five miles down the road.

I never envisioned myself working with kids, either, but God apparently saw otherwise: He's nudged me into Christian children's work everywhere I've lived. Right now I'm the kids' program coordinator at our church. I also freelance for the local newspaper and dabble in gardening, photography and making braided rugs.

I'm still a Midwesterner at heart. It doesn't take much to make me wistful for things like thunderstorms, lilacs, fall color, and good, crisp Michigan apples.

Hello! It is great to hear that everyone is doing well. After completing my MBA, I moved to Chicago and have been here ever since. I married my wife Megan in 1999, packed up, and left Lincoln Park for western suburbs. The transition to the suburbs has been easy and our golden retriever Payton is still alive and kicking. We also have three wonderful children -- John (4), Matt (2), and Elle (born 8/11/06). Megan has made the transition from working at the Bank of New York to becoming a terrific stay at home mom. As for me, I work at AlixPartners, a financial and operational restructuring firm.  In my spare time, I stay busy raising the kids and playing a few rounds of golf. I look forward to catching up with everyone next summer!

Hi everyone...I'm doing great!!

After great struggle and perseverance, I graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a Bachelor degree in General Studies. Shortly after finishing at U of M, I decided to continue college to become a nurse.  I have spent most of my nursing career in neurosurgical intensive care.  I recently began working on a Master's in Public Health with a certificate in Health Policy.

I met my husband Jim at the University of Michigan Medical Center while he was there training in cardiology.  He is from the south side of Chicago and is the youngest of 12 children - wow!!   Jim now works in the western suburbs of Chicago, where we live.

In October of 2007 I had triplets - 2 boys and 1 girl - Kellen, Katie and Liam.  It is because of my triplet pregnancy that I was unable to attend the 20 year reunion.  Jim and I are glowing and feel incredibly blessed!!! 

Since I missed everyone at the 20 year reunion, I look forward to seeing you all at the 25 year reunion.  I hope you're enjoying this website.  If you have any suggestions or would like to change/update anything, please let us know.

Hello!!! I’ll try not to get too gabby but it’s hard for me to shut up! First of all, I have to echo the comment that “I can’t believe it’s been 20 years already!!” I can’t be close to forty – isn’t that when you start to use a walker and wear polyester???? Anyway – glad to see that most of us are still looking fantastic – (you’ll notice that I haven’t posted my picture – heehee!). Well, I am married to Jeff Cook (remember him???) and we have one sweet and wonderful little boy named Chance Jeffrey Cook. We live in Perry, Mi and like Jodi, we had to overcome some obstacles before we were blessed with Chance, but it was all worth it. Jeff and I have been together for 16 years – married for 5, but I told him that I wasn’t starting at “1” again for Anniversary purposes – it’ll take me forever to get the Diamond Anniversary, right????? After school I attended CMU but finished up at UofM for my Bachelor’s Degree – I went on to get my MBA and plan to work on my Doctorate, at some point. Yes, I just want to make my husband call me “Doctor”, is that so wrong??? I am currently running the Human Resources department at Technosoft Corporation – we’re an IT Staffing, Consulting and Business Process Outsourcing company. It’s very challenging but also very exciting. I’m involved in the Human Resources community and am on the Board of Directors for the HR Association of Mid-Michigan. I would have loved to post pictures but I have been threatened with physical harm if I post any pictures of Jeff – and I don’t have any pictures with just me!!!! So, to provide a description – I’ve gotten a bit shorter with a bit of a hunch-back, am losing most of my hair and what’s left is gray, my teeth have yellowed due to the enormous amount of drugs that I use and I seem to have developed chronic halitosis. I know what you’re thinking – STONE COLD FOX, right?? Well, I’ll sign off – I can’t wait to see you all and don’t be afraid to email Jodi, Maria, Andrea or myself with ideas for the Reunion – we want to make it fun for everyone!!! I have had an eventful life to this point. But mostly not what I expected! I am currently married to a great guy and after having 2 of my own children we became foster parents and adopted 2 more! We have 3 dogs and a cat also and always have some kind of activity going on. I work at McLaren hospital in the ER on third shift, I may have even seen some of you there and not known you! I am looking forward to seein everyone at the reunion and see how everyone has grown and changed.
